Boston Wireless Support and Operations

Customer Support

Staffed with a group of professionals here to take your call, answer questions, troubleshoot over the phone and through remote access, and schedule field visits from our technicians.

Remote Access

Most Nortel phone systems have this capability. We use remote access to address customer issues immediately by connecting directly into your phone system to resolve problems or make changes for you.

Remote Assist

Remote Assist gives us the ability to help you without scheduling a site visit.
One of our engineers sets a secure connection with your computer to remotely control your screen. We utilize this for training, enabling LAN based applications, and troubleshooting issues that may be related to the computer.

Training

Onsite training is always available to all of our customers. This is included with any new system we implement. Training on all Nortel products is also available at our Natick location. Training can be customized for each audience ranging from basic to detailed administration training. We can also arrange advanced training through Nortel directly.

Project Engineering

Overseeing the project is the key to any successful new system implementation or relocation. Our Project Managers have years of experience and are ready to help you coordinate your upgrade, move, or wholesale replacement of the phone system. They gather the database, program new equipment, schedule the technicians, coordinate with Verizon services, attend the move or installation, and train employees and administrators.

Field Support

We are very fortunate to have a group of experienced field technicians who have been on our team for several years. Our technicians are specialists in the Nortel portfolio of products. Currently we have 2 groups in the field: 1.) Nortel specialists focusing on new system installations, upgrades, and smaller moves, adds, and changes; 2.) Cabling specialists focusing on all types of cabling, including: voice, data (Cat 5e, Cat 6), fiber, feeders, outside plant, paging systems.
