The basics of our support structure:

Live Customer Support: Staffed with a group of professionals to take your calls and emails, answer questions, troubleshoot through remote access, and schedule field visits from our technicians.

Remote Access: We use remote access to address customer issues immediately by connecting directly into your phone system to resolve problems or make changes for you.

Remote Assist/ LogMeIn Rescue: Remote Assist gives us the ability to help you without scheduling a site visit. One of our support technicians will set a secure connection with a computer on your network. We utilize this service for training, enabling applications and licenses, software upgrades (when applicable), and troubleshooting a variety of issues that may be related to the computer or IP components.

Field support: We are very fortunate to have a group of experienced field technicians who have been on our team for several years. Our technicians are experienced in all aspects of a communications platform. They are versed in the installation and maintenance of all the products and applications we sell and maintain.
