Training

Training is the cornerstone to any successful technology rollout. 

Boston Wireless offers comprehensive training for both end users and administrators with all phone systems we deliver.  Deciding on components, defining a project scope, and installing the solution are all steps leading up to your first day live with your new communcations platform.  Often taken for granted is how your employees with be introduced to the new applications which are intended to help the entire organization communicate better, integrate desktops, connect multiple sites, and offer new and exciting applications like IM and Video. 

Our Training Team is a seasoned group who will oversee training in a classroom environment at your sites.  This will include customized curriculum with supporting documentation and live equipment.  The goal will is alway to have your staff fully prepared to use the technology you are investing in. 

Administrator training gives key members of your staff the ability to maintain moves, adds, and changes to your system.  This training is offered in 1/2 day increments and will focus on core maintenance and advanced application training such as Contact Center.  This can be completed at your site or at our offices in Framingham, MA.

Online documentations and manufacturer logins (where applicable), are also included when you partner with us.  This will give you access to online tutorials and BWI proprietary documentation to help support your internal training strategies such as new hire rollouts.
