Keys to a successful implementation:

  • Transitioning from our Sales Team to the Project Engineering Team.
  • Development of an installation plan, defining a Statement of Work (SOW)
  • Meeting to gather information, discuss rollout strategy, understand unique requirements.
  • Coordination of all involved parties including internal customer contacts (Administrators, IT Staff), carriers (for phone lines) and others
  • Setup, programming, and extensive testing at BWI lab, prior to deployment
  • Installation of the components based on the defined Rollout Plan
  • Training of end users and administrators
  • Documenting the installation, unique characteristics of your business, and transitioning to our Service and Support Team.
