Dedicated Internet Access (DIA) service provides high-speed Internet access with the bandwidth to handle large downloads, heavy Internet communication and to host remote data transfers. Customers using DIA service benefit from Verizon Online's high-speed network backbone with a 99.9% uptime guarantee, providing peace of mind for customers with mission-critical applications.

DIA service is a natural upgrade for customers currently using dial-up or ISDN LAN connection who require more reliability and increased Internet access speed. You can enjoy a variety of speeds—from 128 Kbps to 155 Mbps—depending on the type of transport service you order. Your dedicated Internet can use Frame Relay, Private Line T-1, ATM or other data connectivity products. There is a minimum one-year contract required.
