The Shadow CMS has a higher price but gives you the most options and variations for tracking, reporting, and billing. This software gives you comprehensive traffic analysis functions with features such as instantaneous billing, cost comparisons, and telephone invoice management. It is ideal for larger or more sophisticated applications.

RSI Revolution Call Accounting

Revolution Call Accounting is the less expensive alternative to Shadow CMS. It is built for those customers wishing to keep track of inbound and outbound call flow but not necessarily interested in sophisticated billing applications. Revolution offers many different reports to help you manage your calling patterns.
