My commitment to all of our customers is that when you deal with Boston Wireless, you will deal with someone who cares about you and your business. That is a promise. That is what really matters. The telecommunications industry is a dynamic one, so we need to be on our game every day to make sure things go smoothly. We do this by staying focused and knowledgeable on the “best in class” products in our industry. The systems we provide come from Nortel and ShoreTel, our network services come from Verizon and Paetec. We have consciously chosen not to represent too many manufactures or carriers. Our partnerships with these four leading providers are very strong. More importantly they are long term, loyal relationships which is exactly what we strive for with our own customers. Boston Wireless people from sales, to support, to our technicians are trained and focused on these products. They know them inside and out and are able to keep our customers running on the latest technologies day and night. This focused approach means higher standards of product awareness and expertise ultimately bringing benefits to those who do business with us. My goal is that our customers leave every meeting with Boston Wireless sales people, project managers, support staff and technicians saying the same thing. That the meeting was a refreshing change. That they know they just dealt with an honest, straight forward and knowledgeable professional. That they feel a sense of confidence and trust in putting their telecommunications project in our hands. At the end of the day it is always people that matter. We want employees who can put themselves in the customer’s shoes, listen to what people are asking for, and take pride in seeing situations through to everyone’s satisfaction. It has been a great first thirteen years at Boston Wireless. I am personally grateful for the friendships I have made with both employees and customers along the way.
