Declaration of Independence

On August 15th 1995, Boston Wireless Incorporated was founded in Rockland, Massachusetts. In the course of Human events it had become necessary for one group of people to dissolve themselves of the red tape and bureaucracy of the large telecommunications distributor they had been fighting for. It had become evident that all customers were created equal and that this market needed a Company that understood the requirements of the General Business population and a team of Professionals dedicated to the highest level of customer service. A level unattainable under the rule and restrictions imposed by their former employer.

Constitution

We the People of Boston Wireless will differentiate our Company from our competition by providing our customers the highest levels of service and responsiveness in the industry. We will offer those customers only the most technologically advanced and reliable products from telecommunications industry leaders. We will always provide a quality work environment for our employees so that we will maintain a force of trained, professional, team oriented individuals dedicated to the needs of our customers. We will build our customer and vendor relationships on the values of trust, integrity, and respect, thereby fortifying a Company that will last well into the future.

Manifest Destiny

Expansionist critics abound, but a clearly defined plan for consistent growth with the broad based support of customers, vendors, and employees combined has been a charter for success at Boston Wireless. After a six month start up phase in Rockland, the Company has grown to successively larger and more suitable office spaces in Wellesley, East Natick and now to our current location in the Natick Business Park, where we have spent the last three years.

Additionally, Boston Wireless has developed a National Accounts Support Program for our multiple site customers that is second to none in our industry. We are able to install, service, and maintain Nortel systems for any and all remote offices of our customers throughout the United States. With many years of experience in this area, we pre-engineer systems at our warehouse in Natick and ship them to our selected network of Nortel support technicians across the Country for a clean, efficient and satisfying installation experience for our National Account customers.

Super Power Alliance

Nortel and Verizon, the industry leaders in enterprise communications equipment and network power and reliability, are the chosen and dedicated Partners of Boston Wireless Incorporated. The Nortel alliance was formed well before the inception of Boston Wireless by a large group of current Boston Wireless employees whose careers started at Nortel. That relationship has grown to the current attainment of “Nortel Premium Partner Advantage” status. A milestone that demonstrates a mutual respect between our Companies and a long term commitment to our shared customers. The Verizon partnership began in 1998, and like Nortel, has blossomed into the highest level attainable in the Verizon channel program. Boston Wireless designation as a “Verizon Platinum Partner” again demonstrates both the trust that Verizon has in us as a service provider and the commitment we have as a Company to provide only the “Best in Class” solutions to our customers.

The New Frontier

As President John F. Kennedy once called our attention to the changing landscape of the World, we at Boston Wireless remain vigilantly aware of the changes ongoing in the communications industry. The converging layers of voice and data communications and the increasingly powerful wired and wireless networks they perform on require our constant attention. The New Frontier at Boston Wireless is on our radar and is very exciting. With new products available and in development from Nortel and Verizon, we remain committed to provide you an informed and well armed staff of trained and professional employees. Now and in the future we will be here to guide our customers through the changing communications landscape and help those clients make decisions that make them stronger and our relationships secure.
