Framingham, MA - Seacoast Harley-Davidson, located in North Hampton, New Hampshire, is one of the largest full service Harley-Davidson dealerships in New England. With more than one million dollars in parts and available merchandise, they decided to automate their incoming calls to simplify the process for their customers and enable the management to have better visibility into how calls were being handled by their staff. Seacoast is passionate about providing the highest level of customer satisfaction so they turned to Boston Wireless to implement a ShoreTel Unified Communications solution. The workgroup functionality inherent in the ShoreTel IP system allows seamless routing and queuing capability to disperse calls amongst four locations in New Hampshire and Massachusetts.
